tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow

At approximately 10:20 this morning I figured out what happens after you die.

You do not rot in the ground.  You are not spirited away.

You evaporate into tiny particles of you and travel at light speed through millions of galaxies, black holes, and infinity until those pieces become embedded in the sky as new galaxies or planets or stars.

And so we’re never really done and a single cell of you actually contains entire worlds.

And wasn’t that easy?  We should have discovered that a long time ago.

I saw a picture of the universe in my astronomy class and couldn’t believe that we lived there –that that was real.  He asked us what we wanted to get out of the class; I said I wanted to find Ziggy Stardust an answer to his question.

Today feels like a Monday.
